Contact form
Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to your information when you use the contact form on inkred.net.
Effective: 7 August 2026
Who is responsible?
Inkred is responsible for the personal information you provide through this form. You can send privacy questions to hello@inkred.net.
What we collect
We process the name, email address, and message you enter. We also process the IP network, verification result, time, and technical request details needed to prevent abuse. We do not accept attachments, and this form does not add you to a marketing list.
Why we use it
We use the information only to receive and secure your enquiry, reply to you, and monitor whether the form is working reliably. We do not use it for automated decisions, profiling, or marketing, and we do not sell it.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the form, checks abuse through Turnstile, and routes mail addressed to hello@inkred.net. Brevo delivers the form notification as transactional email. Google Gmail hosts Inkred’s private destination inbox. These providers process information under their own service terms and data-processing commitments.
How long we keep it
Brevo is configured to retain transactional logs for its minimum period of one month and not to store message previews. Inkred keeps received messages and replies in Gmail only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet reasonable business or legal record needs, then deletes them when no longer required. The form has no separate database.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information; restrict or object to processing; and, where applicable, withdraw consent or complain to a regulator. Email hello@inkred.net to make a request.
Changes
We may update this notice if the form or the services we use change. The current version and effective date will always appear on this page.
